1. General Provisions
These Terms govern every reservation, payment and stay at Lamai Inn (“Hotel”, “we”, “us”). By booking or checking‑in, you (“Guest”) accept the rules below.
2. Reservations
– Reservations may be placed on lamaiinn‑ranong.com, by e‑mail or by phone.
– When you complete an online payment an account is created automatically; a confirmation e‑mail containing all booking details and a link to manage or cancel your stay is sent immediately.
– A reservation is guaranteed only after full pre‑payment has been received.
3. Payment
– We accept Thai baht (THB) via Omise (Visa / MasterCard / UnionPay) and cash at reception.
– Prices include VAT where applicable.
– Any bank fees or currency‑conversion charges are borne by the Guest.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
– Free cancellation is available until 72 hours before 14:00 on arrival date; 100 % of the amount is refunded.
– Late cancellation (less than 72 h) incurs a charge equal to the first night.
– No‑show or early departure is charged 100 % of the reservation value.
– Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
5. Check‑in / Check‑out
Check‑in is from 14:00. Check‑out is by 12:00 noon. Early check‑in or late check‑out is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
6. House Rules
– All rooms are non‑smoking; violation results in a THB 2 000 cleaning fine.
– Durian fruit is prohibited anywhere on the premises.
– Pets (cats, dogs, reptiles, etc.) are not allowed.
– Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00.
7. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must present valid government ID at check‑in, keep the room and hotel property in good condition, and pay for any damage or missing items.
8. Liability
The Hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not deposited at reception. Performance is excused for force‑majeure events (natural disasters, power cuts, etc.).
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed solely to manage your booking and comply with Thai PDPA and payment regulations. See the separate Privacy Policy for details.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be settled amicably; failing that, they fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ranong province.
