Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Provisions

You may cancel your reservation and request a refund according to the conditions described below. This policy applies to all bookings made via lamaiinn-ranong.com, by phone, or via e-mail.

2. Cancellation and Eligibility

– Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before 14:00 on the arrival date. In this case, 100% of the prepayment is refunded.
– Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are subject to a fee equal to one night’s stay.
– In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

3. Refunds

– Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during booking.
– Processing time is up to 10 business days after approval.
– Any bank or currency conversion fees are borne by the Guest and are non-refundable.

4. Cash Payments

If the payment was made in cash at the hotel, refunds can only be issued in person, upon presenting a receipt and valid ID.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in exceptional cases, such as:
– shortening the stay for valid reasons (e.g. illness, flight cancellation — supporting documents required),
– serious technical issues in the room (e.g. water or electricity outage).

6. Date Changes / Rebooking

You may change your booking dates once without penalty, if requested at least 72 hours before check-in.
Additional changes are subject to approval and availability.

7. Promotional & Special Rates

– Bookings made under special promotions or discounted rates may be non-refundable or subject to specific terms.
